CELECITY® DRIVE D-1 Stereo sport Headset

Frequently Asked Questions

The D-1 is an over-ear Bluetooth® stereo headset designed to be light, comfortable and durable enough to use as part of an active lifestyle. It employs a double cell rechargeable battery system that provides superior battery life and durability. Pair it with your Bluetooth®-enabled device to enjoy wireless media while making and answering phone calls with the same device.
The user’s manual provides extensive additional information concerning the headset. You may view the manual online
here.
The headset is provided with one micro USB charging cable, one cord adjustment clip, four sets of soft gel ear tips (S, M, L and XL) and the user’s manual.
The battery system is designed to last up to 7 hours while playing media, 8 hours while talking and 250 hours on standby.
The red LED signal light on the remote will flash instead of the blue LED signal light and a voice prompt will tell you “Battery Low”.
Also, when the headset is connected to an iOS device (Apple®, Inc.), it will display the battery level of the headset on the device. When the headset is low on battery charge, the indicator will turn red to advise you that you should charge your headset.
Using the furnished USB Cable:

  1. Flip open the cover of the charging port on the remote and plug in the USB micro B male plug of the cable into the USB micro B female charging port.
  2. Plug in the USB A male plug of the cable into the USB A female port of a computer or charging station. The headset will emit a “Charging” message when the headset is both connected and charging:
    1. Red LED signal light on: Charging In-Progress.
    2. Red LED signal light off: Charging Complete.
  1. Make sure the headset is properly connected to the charging device.
  2. The battery may be completely drained. The red LED signal light will come on after charging the headset for approximately 30 minutes.
Once you have paired your headset with a Bluetooth® device it will remain connected when within 30 feet of the device provided there are no signal obstructions.
The blue LED signal light on the remote will flash once every 2 seconds and a voice prompt will advise you that you are “Out of Range”.
The small onboard remote key pad with three intuitively-shaped buttons control all of the functions of your headset. Please refer to the user’s manual for specific operating instructions.
You will hear a ring tone followed by voice enumeration of the incoming number. When you press the index button once to pick up the call, you will hear “Answer” in your headset.
